NUT ROLL 
1 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 stick butter
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. yeast or fresh yeast

FILLING:

1 1/2 lb. ground nuts
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 stick butter
1 lg. can milk
6 lg. tbsp. honey
1 egg

Mix filling ingredients until thick, to use in nut roll.

After scalding milk, mix sugar and salt and yeast. Then add butter; add eggs, then work in flour. Mix like bread dough working until solid ball of dough allow to raise. Punch down and raise a second time then roll into thin sheet, using filling above.

Spread filling over the sheet. Roll into roll wet with milk then bake at 350 degree for approximately 30 minutes.
