CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 lg. (22 oz.) bag frozen broccoli cuts and about 6 c. water
1 box (2 env.) dry Lipton chicken noodle soup (NOT cup-a-soup)
1 heaping tbsp. flour mixed into each env. of soup
1 can evaporated milk (not sweetened)
1 1/2 c. milk

Combine broccoli and water and bring to a boil. Stir in both envelopes of soup (and flour) into broccoli. Cook 10-12 minutes, stirring often. Add evaporated milk and 1 1/2 cups milk. Cook, stirring often until thickens. If cooked the day before and reheated in microwave, it will be much thicker.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
