CREAM OF BROCCOLI/CHEESE SOUP 
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed
1 env. Lipton chicken noodle soup mix with diced white chicken meat
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. Velveeta cheese, cut into sm. chunks

In medium saucepan, bring 3 cups milk and broccoli to the boiling point, then simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in Lipton chicken noodle soup mix and flour which has been blended with remaining 1/2 cup milk. Bring to the boiling point, then simmer, stirring occasionally 10 minutes or until soup is slightly thickened and broccoli is tender. Blend in cheese until thoroughly melted. Serves 4.
