CHICKEN BROCCOLI ORIENTAL | |
1 tsp vegetable oil 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut in strips 1 small onion chopped 1 medium green or red sweet pepper chopped 1 can cream of broccoli soup 3 tbsp soy sauce hot cooked rice or noodles In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook chicken until brown. Add onions, pepper. Cook 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in soup, water and soy sauce; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover to simmer. Serve over rice or noodles. |
