APRICOT CASSEROLE 
Grease well a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Line bottom with apricot halves, cut side up. Put a little dot of real butter in each half. Sprinkle the layer lightly with brown sugar. Cover this with a layer of crackers, butter crackers if you prefer. Repeat apricot, butter, sugar layer. Pour over this 1 small can frozen orange juice, diluted with apricot juice. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake about 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
