A NEW TWIST FOR RHUBARB 
2 qts. cut up rhubarb
2 qts. water
2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
3 1/2 qts. lemon-lime carbonated beverage

Boil rhubarb and water until rhubarb is tender. Remove from heat; stir in sugar and gelatin until dissolved. Buzz mixture in blender until smooth. Place in one quart containers; freeze.

To serve: To one quart thawed rhubarb, add 1 quart carbonated beverage. Amount: 56 (1/2 cup) servings.
