2 sticks butter
1 lg. bag chocolate chips
2 c. chunky peanut butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar

Melt butter and chocolate chips, then add remaining ingredients. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan.
