CRAB MORNAY 
2 c. (12 oz.) cooked crab meat
2 c. white sauce
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese or cheddar cheese, grated

Layer half of crab meat, half of sauce and half of cheese in 8"x8" baking dish. Repeat with second layers. Microwave on medium-high, 70%. Garnish with paprika, if desired. NOTE: 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans each crab meat or 12 ounces cooked langouste may be substituted for crab.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
