SWEET 'N SOUR CHICKEN WINGS
1 pkg. chicken wings

SAUCE:

1 c. catsup
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. celery salt
Dash of pepper
6 drops red pepper sauce
Cornstarch
2 eggs
Milk

Cut wings into their three sections and throw away the fin or tip of wing. Remove as much skin as possible. Pour cornstarch into large bag and shake chicken into it. Beat 2 eggs, add a little milk; and dip chicken into it. Deep fry until golden brown.

Dip wings into the sauce (with tongs) and lay on rack in a foil lined 13x9 pan (rack keeps chicken from sitting in its own grease). Dip chicken again after it has baked 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Bake at 350 degrees for another hour. Serve with baked potatoes or rice pilaf.
