SHRIMP IN CHEESE SAUCE 
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (10 oz.) pkg. shrimp, cooked
3/4 tsp. M.S.G.
Dry white wine

Melt cheese in butter. Stir in sour cream and a bit of juice from the mushrooms. Add M.S.G. Add wine to taste. Heat but do not boil. Add shrimp. Heat thoroughly. Serve with rice or noodles. Serves 3-4.
