ZUCCHINI CHEDDAR BREAD 
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
2 1/2 c. buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick)
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. toasted chopped almonds

Grease and flour round 9 inch pan. Cook and stir onions in butter until tender. Cool before mixing with baking mix, parsley, basil, thyme, milk and beaten eggs. Beat 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
