RHUBARB CAKE 
4 c. rhubarb
6 oz. red gelatin
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
Yellow cake mix

Grease 9 x 13 baking dish. Spread rhubarb pieces over bottom and sprinkle with red gelatin and sugar. Add water. Mix yellow cake mix according to package and pour over chopped rhubarb mixture. Bake according to cake directions. This will make a 9 x 13 cake. Strawberries can be used in this recipe if you choose instead of rhubarb.
