YANKEE PORK CHOPS 
4-6 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can - 1/2 water and 1/2 milk
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. or med. size onion, cut in lg. chunks
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown chops in skillet with a little oil. Drain off oil when browned. Add to the chops in skillet the remaining ingredients. Stir to cream liquid ingredients. More water or milk can be added if it thickens too much. Cover and simmer until tender. Great over potatoes or rice.
