NO BAKE CREAMY RICE PUDDING 
4 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 pkg. vanilla pie filling (not instant)
1 c. minute rice
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding. Mix in saucepan. Add rice and raisins. Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Pour into serving bowl. Serve warm or cold. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. For a creamier pudding place plastic wrap on surface while cooling. Chill about 1 hour.
