3 eggs 4 or 5 drops of yellow food coloring 2 c. flour (more if needed) Salt and pepper as needed Put eggs in small bowl with salt and pepper. Beat with mixer until foamy. Add food coloring. Add flour into mixture until no more can be added. Dough should cling to fork. Start rolling out dough with plenty of flour on hand. Roll very thin, let dry about 1 hour. Roll up and cut as thin as possible. Use with broth (chicken or beef, etc.). |
