CHEESE POTATOES 
2 lb. pkg. Ore-Ida frozen diced potatoes
1/2 chopped onion or dehydrated onion
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Grease 9x13 inch pan. Place potatoes on bottom of pan. Let sit for 35 minutes. Sprinkle onion on top of potatoes. Slice butter and place on top of onion. Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream together and spread on top of butter. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6 people.
