BAKED ZITI OR RIGATONI | |
1 lb. ziti, cooked & drained 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella 3 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce 1 (15 oz.) container ricotta 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese Mix first 4 ingredients and 1 1/2 cups of spaghetti sauce in a bowl. In a 2 1/2 quart baking dish spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce. Add ziti mixture and top with remaining 1 1/2 cups of spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until top slightly browned. |
