OVEN FRIED SALMON CAKES 
1 lg. egg or whites from 2 eggs
1 can (15 oz.) salmon, drained and flaked
1/4 c. minced onions
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray. Beat egg with fork in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Shape into 8 (1/2 inch) thick patties. Place on cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes, turning once until golden on both sides.
