OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
3 med. sized potatoes
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Scrub potatoes, cut in wedges. Place wedges slightly overlapping in single layer in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Combine remaining ingredients and stir well. Brush potatoes with 1/2 of the oil mixture. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Baste occasionally with rest of oil mixture. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
