PARMESAN CHICKEN 
2 1/2 lb. fryer, cut up
Salt
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. light bread crumbs
1/2 lb. butter

Combine cheese and bread crumbs in flat dish. Melt butter. Clean and dry chicken, then dip in melted butter and roll in crumbs. Lay flat in baking dish. Pour remaining butter over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours.
