CHILI CON CARNE 
2 stalks celery, diced
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 green pepper, diced
1 pkg. ground steak
2 cans kidney beans
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce
Hot sauce to taste
Chili powder to taste

Saute celery, onion and green pepper. Crumble meat, fry lightly. Pour 2 cans of kidney beans into a pot. Add one can tomato soup and one can tomato sauce, hot sauce, chili powder. Simmer 2 hours. Optional: 1 bay leaf, 1 clove garlic.
