3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. graham crackers
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine graham crackers and melted butter and press into a deep 9-inch or 2 (9 inch) pie pans. Prepare filling. Beat 1 1/2 cups sugar, cream cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla, eggs with electric mixer for about 5 minutes.

Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees until set, about 30 minutes for 2 or 1 hour for 1. Cool 15 minutes; set oven to 450 degrees. Top with combined sour cream, 2 teaspoons vanilla and 1/4 cup sugar. Bake 5 minutes for 2 or 10 minutes for 1.
