BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. graham crackers
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners sugar
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 to 3 bananas, sliced
1 lg. container Cool Whip
Strawberries or cherries & walnuts

Mix well, graham crackers and butter. Press in 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes and let cool. Beat next 4 ingredients, then spread over graham crackers. Add pineapple and banana slices, cover with Cool Whip. Top with sliced strawberries or cherries. Cut in half. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
