1 stalk celery
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 slice part skim cheese
8 Cheerios

Wash celery. Cut into 4 (2 inch long) pieces. Spread 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter on each. Cut cheese into 4 triangles. Stick an edge into the peanut butter as a sail. Dab Cheerios with peanut butter and place on sides of "boats" as life preservers.
