1 pkg. all butter cake mix (dry)
4 eggs
1/4 c. Wesson oil or butter
1 can mandarin orange sections and juice

Beat 2 minutes. Bake in 3 cake pans or 1 (9x13) pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 sm. box lemon instant pudding mix (dry)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple and juice
