LOW FAT PASTA PICANTE 
1 pkg. rotelli pasta: spinach, beet, etc.
1 pkg. or bunch frozen or fresh broccoli
1 can kidney beans
1 onion
2 (8 oz.) bottles picante sauce

Cook pasta al dente. Cook broccoli. Slice and slightly cook onion. Heat picante sauce. Add the vegetables to the pasta and then add the picante sauce.
