MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup OR 1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can taco sauce
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can (15 oz.) Ranch style beans
Grated cheese
Dorito chips

Brown meat and drain. Mix next 4 ingredients in saucepan and warm up. Crunch up chips on bottom of pan. Dump meat mixture next. Sprinkle on grated Cheddar cheese. Crumble more chips on top. Heat for 20 minutes at 350 degree oven.
