2 lbs. ground meat 1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced 1 can Ranch style beans 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. dehydrated onions Chili powder to taste 1 lg. bag nacho cheese Dorito chips Shredded Cheddar cheese Brown ground meat and drain. Add next 5 ingredients, mix well and simmer 20 minutes. Spray baking dish with Pam. Crush chips in bottom of dish to make crust. Pour cooked meat into dish; cover with cheese and line edges of dish with standing Doritos. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese melts or microwave uncovered. Serve with green salad. |
