MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground meat
1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced
1 can Ranch style beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. dehydrated onions
Chili powder to taste
1 lg. bag nacho cheese Dorito chips
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown ground meat and drain. Add next 5 ingredients, mix well and simmer 20 minutes. Spray baking dish with Pam. Crush chips in bottom of dish to make crust. Pour cooked meat into dish; cover with cheese and line edges of dish with standing Doritos. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese melts or microwave uncovered. Serve with green salad.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
