BBQ BEEF-GREEN PEPPERS AND CORN
ON BUNS
 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. flank steak or top round, cut in half lengthwise and slice thin crosswise
1 lg. green bell pepper, cut in chunks
2 green onions, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
1 c. bottled barbecue sauce
1 lg. tomato, cut in chunks
4 split and toasted hamburger buns

Heat oil in a heavy 10 or 12 inch skillet until hot but not smoking. Add beef and stir-fry about 3 minutes until browned. Remove to a bowl with slotted spoon.

Reduce heat to medium. Add green pepper and onions to pan drippings. Cook 5 minutes, stirring once or twice, until tender.
