CHEESE SOUP | |
1 env. Butter Buds 8 c. water 24 oz. potatoes, cubed, don't peel 8 chicken bouillon cubes 1 c. onion chunks 1 c. celery chunks 1 c. carrot chunks 1 c. cabbage chunks 2 lbs. link sausage, cut in chunks 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed Mix Butter Buds in 1 cup water to dissolve. Add all other ingredients except sausage and cheese. Cook one hour. Add sausage. Cook 30 minutes. Add Velveeta. Simmer gently. Good served with cornbread. Ham or chicken can replace sausage or soup is good with no meat added. |
