PASTA PRIMIVERA 
1 lb. spaghetti
1/4 c. olive oil
Garlic powder
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
1/4 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 lb. frozen mixed vegetables
Parmesan cheese
Pepper

Heat olive oil and butter. Defrost the frozen spinach and mixed vegetables. Saute all the vegetables and sprinkle garlic powder generously while cooking. Cook until vegetables are done.

Cook spaghetti as directed. Combine spaghetti and the vegetables and toss well. Sprinkle on generously Parmesan cheese and fresh ground pepper, individually. Serves 4.
