OIL PIE CRUST 
FOR 2 PIES:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. cold milk

FOR 1 PIE:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
3 tbsp. cold milk

Mix flour and salt, then add oil and milk all at once. Stir until mix is moist. Put between two pieces of wax paper to roll.
