JELLO MOLD 
1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. ginger ale (or 7-Up)
1 container cottage cheese with pineapple (about 14 oz.)

Dissolve Jello with boiling water. Let cool. Add ginger ale. Let set until it holds firm, then beat until foams. Add cottage cheese and pineapple. Pour into mold and refrigerate.
