CRANBERRY RING MOLD WITH OLD -
FASHIONED MAYONNAISE
 
1 pkg. raspberry gelatin
Water
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. drained, canned crushed pineapple
1/2 c. diced celery

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water. Add 1/2 cup cold water and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in cranberry sauce, pineapple, and celery. Pour into molds. Chill until firm. Unmold; garnish with mayonnaise.
