HAM AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. shell noodles
1 1/2 c. half and half
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli or broccoli and cauliflower
1/2 tsp. garlic slat
1/2 c. butter
1 c. Velveeta cheese

Dice ham. Saute broccoli in butter with garlic salt about 5 minutes. Stir in half and half. Cook 5 minutes; add cheese. Boil noodles until tender and add to mixture.
