CRABMEAT MUFFINS | |
6 (5 oz.) jars Old English cheese 2 sticks butter 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 lb. fresh crabmeat 3 pkg. English muffins Melt cheese and butter in saucepan, remove from heat, add garlic powder and crabmeat; then stir well. Separate muffins with a knife. Spread crabmeat cheese mixture on each slice. Partially freeze, then quarter and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve hot. You may serve these at a later date (up to 3 weeks), partially freeze on cookie sheet, then quarter and layer with waxed paper in freezer container. Store in freezer and thaw when needed. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. |
