SWEDISH PANCAKES 
4 eggs, well beaten
Salt (pinch)
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter

Mix in order listed. Bake on hot griddle. Spoon in small amounts, tip and turn griddle so batter runs all over the pan for large cakes. It is not necessary to grease the pan.

Tip: These are good served with sour cream and blueberries, or strawberries, or fresh squeezed lemon, butter and powdered sugar.
