GRAM'S SWEDISH PANCAKES 
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
3 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
Dash salt (optional)

Beat eggs and flour, gradually adding milk. Mix in sugar, vanilla and salt. Fry in 10 inch skillet with Pam or butter as needed. Should be alight, golden brown. Serve with jam, butter and/or syrup.
