SWEDISH OVEN PANCAKE 
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 qt. milk
2 c. flour

Beat eggs and salt; add milk and flour gradually. Mix well. Put butter in 9 x 13 baking pan. Have pan hot but not enough to brown the butter. Add egg mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve immediately with crushed fresh fruit, jam, syrup or cranberry sauce.
