1 can Spam
1 diced onion, finely chopped
1 boiled egg
1/2 c. pickle relish
1 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Mash Spam into very small pieces. Mix all ingredients with Spam. Serve as sandwiches or on lettuce leaves.
