PRALINE GRAHAMS 
1 pkg. graham crackers (1/3 of a 16 oz. box)
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Separate each graham cracker into four sections. Arrange in a jelly-roll pan or cookie sheet with edges touching. Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in sugar and pecans. Bring to a boil; cook 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Spread mixture evenly over graham crackers. Bake at 300 degrees for 12 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool on wax paper. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
