CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUPS 
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 1/2 lbs. chocolate almond bark
Miniature paper cups

Put powdered sugar, peanut butter in small mixing bowl. Beat until well mixed. Form into small balls. Store in refrigerator while melting chocolate.

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler or in microwave. Put small amount of melted chocolate in each paper cup. Put one peanut butter ball on top. Cover with a spoonful of chocolate. Makes about 56 candies.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
