EVERYDAY COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/3 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar

Mix flour with baking powder and salt and set aside. Beat eggs until frothy, beat in sugar and butter until combined. Add milk and vanilla. Beat in flour. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with topping.

TOPPING 1:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Sprinkle on top.

TOPPING 2:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix until crumbly and sprinkle over top. Bake 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
