3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. Mrs. Butterworths syrup
1/3 c. butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. semi - sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Mix together. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Very Rich!
