HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. water
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Microwave sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, water and salt about 3 minutes on high, stirring once. Add butter and vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
