OMELET SANDWICH 
16 slices bread, crust removed, buttered
8 slices ham
8 slices cheese (American or choice)
6 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. corn flakes, lightly crushed and buttered with 1/2 c. butter

Make sandwiches and put in 10x13 inch pan. Pour egg mixture over sandwiches and refrigerate overnight. Top with buttered corn flakes just before baking. Bake 30-35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Crush flakes in hand rather than rolling.
