1 c. orange juice
1 tsp. grated rind (optional)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped nuts
Pinch of salt
1 lg. can sweet potatoes

Cook until thick and pour over sweet potatoes that are sliced in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
