STRAWBERRY SALAD MOLD | |
1 family size strawberry Jell-O 2 c. hot water 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries 1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple, drained 2 mashed bananas 1 c. chopped pecans 1 lb. carton sour cream Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add frozen strawberries, pineapple, bananas and pecans. Pour half of mixture into 9x13-inch glass container or equivalent and chill until set. When set, spread sour cream evenly over mixture, then pour remaining mixture over and chill until set again. |
