FROZEN MACAROON DESSERT | |
1 pt. whipping cream 18 macaroons, crushed 1 tsp. vanilla 3 tsp. sugar 1 c. chopped nuts 3 pts. sherbets Whip cream, add sugar, vanilla, nuts and cookies. Spread half in a 9x13 pan. Add sherbet in scoops, alternating colors. Spread remaining whipped cream mixture on top and freeze. Cut in squares to serve. |
