STUFFED MUSHROOM APPETIZERS 
24 fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. diced salami
2/3 c. diced Monterey Jack cheese

Twist off mushroom stems, clean and chop finely. Saute with green onions in butter. Cool slightly. Mix salami and cheese. Stuff into mushroom crowns. Place in shallow pan, bake in hot oven (425 degrees) 6-8 minutes. Serve hot.
